This doll pattern is for a Waldorf doll with a traditionally made head attached to a knit body. There is a link to a detailed picture tutorial for making the head. The body of the doll is knit in the round, legs and torso as one piece, and arms separate and then sewn on. There is another link to a picture tutorial for making the doll’s wig.

There is a sweet knit pinafore pattern with the doll pattern, which is also knit in the round with no seaming. A wee bit of crochet finished the pinafore, and if you like, a Fair Isle pattern on the skirt.
