In the original rainbow Pride Flag created in 1978, there were 8 stripes that each had a specific meaning, the green stripe represents Nature. This sock is filled with fun textured cables that give it a life of its own and reminds me of a walk in nature. This pattern contains written, charted, and video instructions.

Sizing

Choose the size that gives you 1-2” of negative ease.
Sizing is based on the circumference of the foot, not the length. To figure out the length of foot you need to knit, use the row gauge to calculate the number of rounds you will need to knit for your foot size subtracting 1.25”(1.25”,1.5”) for the toe, or try your sock on as you go!

S(M,L) – Circumference 8-9”(9-10”, 10-11”)

Suggested Yarn

Bad Amy Knits, Astroturf, Sock Base: 80% Superwash Merino Wool/ 20% Nylon 400 yards, 100 g.

Suggested Needle

US 2 (2.75 mm)- 32” circular
I am a tight knitter and I’ve found that most knitters match my gauge by sizing down one needle size from my recommendation.

Construction Notes

• The pattern is written for magic loop where stitches are split evenly between two needles.
