This sock design is knitted from the toe up to the ribs with a heel shaped in short rows. The name Walrus Kisses is inspired by the stitch pattern on the front of the leg that reminds me of a walrus moustache. - Louise

IN ADDITION TO THE KNITTING PATTERN, YOU WILL NEED THE FALLOWING MATERIELS TO KNIT THE WALRUS KISSES SOCKS:

  • Louise Robert Design | Super Sock, 1 skein shown in Miel Citron colour.
  • DPN or circular needles of 2.5 mm (or size needed to obtain gauge).
  • 1 tapestry needle

GAUGE : 32 sts & 48 rows = 10 cm – 4” in stockinette stitch.
