My first shawl that I have designed myself.

It is free.

My choice of yarn was Malabrigo Yarn Silky Merino in the colour 480 Bee.

This shawl is a top-down shawl starting with only 8 sts. Gauge is not important. Each of the three sections can be knit for as long as you like in order to make it smaller or larger, whatever size you like.

It is divided into 3 parts.

The first part of the shawl increases at the edge and within the 2 markers.

The second part of the shawl adds more eyelets to make it opener - they can be omitted if a more solid shawl is your goal, then you just continue with part one.

The last part of the shawl finishes off with more eylets on the edge parts.

Basically you can decide in which proportion of the three parts you want to make the shawl. It does not have to be in thirds.

You can just as well make half of it of part one and half of part three leaving out part two or make a third part one and two thirds part three for more fan and feather.

After completion there will also be a german version, hopefully at the latest just before Xmas.
