What more could a Whovian ask for during the winter? Mittens with swirling police boxes, some reoccurring villains to chase, and a sonic widget or two!

These mitts were inspired by a yearning for my own Dr. Who-inspired mitts with a thumb that would fit my hand without pulling or warping the fabric.

Includes charts and written instructions for both Mittens and Handwarmers.

Pattern may be upsized or downsized according to gauge with needles & yarn.
2mm - 2.5mm needles with Fingering Weight yarn for smaller hands
2.75mm - 3mm+ needles with DK/Sport and larger for larger hands

Photographed example knit on 2.75mm Addi Turbo Lace needles using Berocco Ultra Alpaca Light. Fits palm circumference of 7.75”. Hand is 7.5” long from base of palm to tip of middle finger. Gauge of 8st x 8 rows. Example is very dense as it is headed north to the Arctic. Your mileage may vary!
