I was bored last weekend and went digging around in my stash for a fun color combination for a baby sweater. This is what I ended up with. I used about 1/2 a skein each of the grey and green … and a fraction of the painted yarn.

The top-down design is nice - no seams! I tapered the sleeves which are knit in the round. Note: You do need to count rows on the sleeves so that you duplicate them exactly. All in all, the sweater knits up quick with just enough zing so you don’t get bored.

In the photos I still need to add the buttons. I’ll upload new photo once those are on.
