The center panel of this afghan is worked in the round with a steek. Once the steek is cut and secured - stitches are picked up around the center panel and the two-color lace border is knitted to finish the edges.
The main color uses 4 skeins (@145yds) of Vanna’s Choice Seaspray Mist (background color) and the lilies color is 3 skeins of Vanna’s Choice Periwinkle (@170 yds).

The instructions are for a 30 x 30” baby blanket, however, the center panel can be made larger for an adult and the border can be extended to accommodate the additional center panel. Instructions in the pattern give the details for this adjustment.
