This cowl is knitted in the round using knitting through the back loop and simple two-stitch cables to create the waveform pattern.

It’s designed in sock weight yarn but there are lots of options with this cowl. You can make it in any weight yarn by changing the number of stitch repeats worked, you can adjust the length to accommodate the amount of yarn you have and you can even make it in a single colour or two colours!!

Full written and charted instructions are given for each version.

The pattern has been test knitted and tech edited.
