Waves is a fun and easy scarf to knit. It is a great pattern to highlite the wonderful variegated yarns available because the pattern and varying colors do not complete.

The scarf is knit in one piece with yarn overs creating the openings to slip the opposite side through. If desired buttons or a wonderful shawl pin may be used instead.

Basic stitches are used allowing the beautiful blues to shine through. This is an advanced beginner pattern that can be made to any length or width by simply adding stitches in multiples of 2 or additional pattern repeats.
