Stashbuster alert!
This scarflette can be made in an evening and is a great way of using up leftover yarn. My version was made with around 1 skein of leftover Caron Simply Soft, so the cost was less than $1.50 for this cozy little neckwarmer.

The pattern includes a stitch chart plus handy tips to help you keep track of where you are on the waves. That’s the only hard part, really. The rest is just increasing/decreasing height stitches made in a rectangle. Simple!

The reverse side gives a slightly different texture, and you can wear this cowl or scarf style.

The PDF also provides instructions on how to extend this into a longer scarf if desired.

UPDATE: I’ve made a few corrections to the PDF (sorry!!) - the changed bits are in green

I hope someone named Amber crochets this because then it will be Amber’s Waves of Gray.
