The perfect pattern to make self striping yarns dance!
Knitted only over one round the lace pattern is easy to remember and suitable for an advanced beginner.
Skills needed: Knit in the round
Yarn overs
Knit stitches together
Working short rows.
Basic knowledge of sock knitting is required.
The pattern makes wonderful wavy zig-zag lines around the sock leg and across the foot. Any self striping sock yarn will work. Long color repeats may not show the waves as much, but feel free to experiment.
