A hat to keep you warm as you spend time supporting your fellow members of the Human Family this winter.

This pattern will be free with the coupon code TOGETHER through January 21, 2017.

Any proceeds from sales after that time will be donated to charity.

Because Maya Angelou is far more articulate than I am: Human Family

Knit in worsted weight for speed and warmth in stranded knitting, it features 3 repeats of a safety pin design around the body of the hat. Because of the long floats and high contrast of the two yarns in this design, this may be the hat that makes you want to try Invisible Stranding. To learn this technique, I highly recommend the pattern/tutorial by Susan Rainey It’s Not About the Hat.

Finished Size:

approximately (16.5/17.75/19/20 inch) circumference to be worn with 1-3” of negative ease

Yarn:
worsted weight yarn in 2 high contrast colors, less than 1 skein each
(largest size only requires approx 160 yards MC and 60 yards CC)

With the goal of getting this out quickly, this pattern has not been test knitted. Please PM me with any questions.
