You can work this pattern using by any lace thread and hook. But according to differnt thread and hook can change of pattern size. You can arrange pattern of size. So, if you crochet very loose, you may need to use a smaller hook, if you work tight, you may need to use a bigger hook. Finished size 6 1/2” length and 4” wide.
