What is it about little brown mushrooms that is so comforting? Perhaps, like me, they remind you of a childhood of children’s books featuring adorable creatures baking pies and knitting mittens in little forest dwellings. Or perhaps it’s the feeling of surprise they bring to a forest stroll, keeping us focused on the here and now rather than worrying.

Stand tall! I wanted to design realistic mushrooms that can also stand on their own. The large and medium stand on their own, the trio stands together, and only the smallest needs the support of its friends to reach for the stars.
