Wee Unicorn is part of a series. You’ll need the basic body pattern (also free and linked in the pattern)

It is about 5.5 inches tall. Hook size isn’t important but if you want a similar sized one to the one pictured then use the suggested yarn weight and hook size given in the pattern.
