This hair cap has been specially designed to fit my standard size Weebee doll which you can find here for free.

It should also fit my other dolls with similar head sizes, Annie and Mae (see links on first page of pattern). It will not fit my other dolls e.g. Moll Moll, Nelly, Luby, Little Weebee etc without a great deal of adjustment to the stitch counts although you could try experimenting with yarn weights and hook sizes to adjust the size. Hopefully in time I will create similar caps for all of my other dolls.

This 10 page pattern includes:

  • Base hair cap on which to work the ‘hair strands’
  • Explanations on how to make straight strands, wavy strands, curly strands, tendrils and strands with kinks in them.
  • An explanation of how to make extra hair pieces.
  • Lots of helpful notes and guidance pictures.
  • A written tutorial for how I made the straight pink bobbed hair.
  • A written tutorial for how I made the cornrow braided hair and ponytail.

This pattern has been tested by several wonderful members of the Weebee Appreciation Society Facebook Group and every effort has been made to ensure that this pattern is error free and ready for sale! If you do find any errors though or have any queries please feel free to send me a message.

My Weebee dolls are named after my youngest niece Phoebe - when she was first born my daughter and Phoebe’s older sister couldn’t say her name properly yet and she has been nicknamed ‘Weebee’ ever since.

My Weebee doll patterns are designed so that you can use any yarn or hook of your choice to achieve different sized dolls to your liking.
