Hogwarts Express sign beckon that adventure awaits. The braid on the uniforms of the track employees. The angular windows on the train and the track as they move across the landscape transporting Harry and the other students to Hogwarts.

I used a braid down the side of the sock to mimic the braid on uniforms. The cable can be worked in a complementary color by using the complementary color on the knit stitches and the major color on the purl stitches.
