Our dear friend, Wendy, passed away Monday, September 15th, and we will miss her terribly. She had an incredibly positive spirit! She had a great passion for knitting and shared her time selflessly, working through some of my projects and patterns. I am deeply grateful to her and will hold her in my heart. I am blessed to have known her.
As a tribute to Wendy, this pattern is free and remain so for anyone to enjoy! Please share! Please post photos. I’d love to see finished projects! Thank you!

Do you enjoy knitting with lightweight, cooler yarn, such as cotton, linen, hemp and silk, among others when the temperature skyrockets?
The lace pattern of Wendy’s Moebius Wrap makes it ideal to knit and wear in warm weather. The wrap is not only a lovely accent piece, but it will also help with chilly air-conditioned spaces.
It is a moebius, which has a 180-degree twist, created at the join of the special cast on. Rounds of knitting grow from the center of the work to the outsides. I’ve also added directions for increased depth as a second version option.
My friend, Wendy, generously test knits my patterns and knits many samples for me. Naming a pattern after her is one small thing I can do to express my gratitude. Thank you so much, Wendy!

So, get the pattern here and head out to your LYS (Darn Knit Anyway for Quince & Co., Sparrow) and knit this fun, easy lacy summertime wrap! Please enjoy!
