Wentworth is a cute amigurumi teddy bear, with a customisable sewn face and removable jacket. The limbs are designed to enable him to sit (unaided) or stand (propped up), as they are drawn up to posable points before being sewn on.

DK or light worsted yarn is recommended; preferably at least 2 colours so you can use the 2nd colour for his jacket and facial features. (A tester has managed to make him with chunky yarn!) You will also need a button and some toy stuffing.

You will need to work dc (US: sc) and htr (US: hdc) sts, so this pattern should be suitable for advanced beginners. The jacket is optional - you could crochet a little scarf instead or tie a ribbon around his neck!
