This shawl was the project for the 2nd Healthy Knitter mystery knit-along and walk-along. Currently all the sections for the shawl and the components of the walk-along are included with purchase. The pattern will be merged into 1 document and the walkalong information will be removed in the next couple of weeks.

A note about the yarn. You need 2 skeins of fingering weight yarn but each skein needs to be a different color. Main color = 1 skein; Contrasting color = 1 skein.

If you are using a multi-colored, speckled or varigated yarn as one of your colors, I would recommend (but it is certainly not imperative) that you identify this as color B

The 4 sections of the shawlette represent some aspect of how you may feel while walking or an emotion you may encounter while making a lifestyle change. This shawlette truly tells a story…it’s kind of a poem in action.
