The Whimsy Minis Shawl is a fluffy, light as a cloud, little triangle shawl. The perfect project for your mini skein stash or all your beloved scraps you’ve been saving. Paired with a soft, fluffy skein of Kidsilk Lace.

Materials:
Yarn: 6 mini skeins in Vivid Yarn Studio Signature Sock Yarn Fingering

93 yards (85m) / 20g each for a total of 558 yards (510m) / 120g

Plus 1 skein of Vivid Yarn Studio Kidsilk Lace 459 yards (419m) / 50g

Needles: US 5 / 3.75mm 32” circular needle

Notions: Stitch markers, tapestry needle

Gauge: 18 stitches per 4 inches after blocking. Gauge is not important except that you don’t want to have a looser gauge than mine or you will run out of yarn.

Finished Measurements: 62” wingspan, 20.5” deep

This is also a great pattern for scraps! You will want 20g per scrap yarn as this pattern is written to maximize yardage. If you run out of yarn at the end you can add a row or 2 of a new color for the edge. You can also choose to omit the mohair.
