Who needs sleeves when you’ve got these?! These cozy tubes will keep your arms warm when you don’t want a long sleeved shirt or sweater on.

Construction
Worked in the round, two at a time with Magic Loop. The “cable” is really just a twist, so you don’t need a cable needle.

Size
15” long x 2 1/2“ wide at wrist, 5” wide at bicep
38cm long x 6cm wide at wrist, 13cm wide at bicep
235yds / 215m; 95g / 3.5oz total

Yarn
Any superwash wool in worsted and/or DK weight
What I used (from my stash, and is sadly now discontinued):
Color A:
Liberty Wool - Classic Elite Yarn
(100g/244 yds total)
2 skeins Color #7823 Lot 5884
122 yds / 50g
Color B:
KnitPicks - Swish DK
Indigo Heather
123 yds / 50g
I think it’s easiest to use 2 balls per arm, but if you have one large skein, you can separate it into two equal balls, or pull from the outside for one arm and the inside for the other.

Needle
US5/3.75mm circular, 16-32” / 40-80cm
US7/4.5mm circular, 16-32” / 40-80cm

Gauge
17 sts x 14 rows = 2”/5cm
2x3 Rib, unblocked (resting, not stretched out)

Tools
Tapestry needle

Stitch Patterns
2x2 Rib
2x3 Rib
Baby Cable Rib
Right Twist

Ways to make it your own:
•Use ANY DK or worsted weight yarn. Seriously.
Don’t even stress the gauge too much. As long as
you like the fabric, and as long as you’re close to
the gauge, you can assume the yarn amounts
indicated will work. If you’re getting a much heavier
gauge, maybe eliminate a repeat, or conversely, if
you’re getting a much smaller gauge (or want to
use a lighter weight yarn), maybe add a repeat.
•Continue the Baby Cable Rib further up the arm and work less
2x3 Rib.
• Make them longer.
• Make them shorter.
