Make two pair (and then some!) with just two hanks of Herriot Fine. If you’d rather just make one set, then one hank would easily produce a single pair of mitts.

These mitts are knit flat in one piece, with a seam up the outer edge of the mitt for added stability. Pattern includes instructions for a color blocked version, as well as a striped version.
