per favore , correggete anche il giro 5 nel seguente modo

giro 5: 1 dir, 1 rov, 1 dir, 2x ( 1 gett, ppl), aum d/d, dir fino alle ultime 7 m, 2x ( 1 gett, ppl ) 1 dir, rov, 1 dir = 16 m

il passaggio in corsivo mancava nella precedente descrizione
