This wicker beanie pattern is perfect for beginners or advanced beginners who are learning or simply enjoying uncomplicated cable work that pops.

The beanie fits loosely on the head after completed and comes in one size only. Any worsted weight yarn will do for this project.

You will need either double-pointed or circular size 8 knitting needles (I used 16” circular needles and then double-pointed needles once I began decreasing.) Using the magic loop method would be perfectly fine also. You will also need one stitch marker.
