Quick and easy to make, these sweet snakes are so fun to create! So many colors and combinations make each its own. This pattern is no-sew.
I chose to make the snakes look friendly with curly bodies and sweet eyes. You could use snake safety eyes and add a forked tongue, fangs and rattle for a more realistic look.
As with many patterns, it’s easy to adjust the size of your work using different yarn weights with compatible hooks.

Materials Needed:
6 mm (US size J/10) crochet hook

Super bulky yarn in the desired color. I used Lion Brand Cover Story Dreamland in Black Cherry and Cosmos. I needed about ¾ of the cake.

Two 15 mm safety eyes

12” white yarn to frame the eyes, if desired

Stitch marker, if desired

Polyester stuffing

Tapestry needle to sew and weave in ends
