Elegant long cardigan has fashion-forward details like long sides and no closure. The back has a longer panel, while the fronts are cropped and may be worn draped open or fastened with a closure.

Cardigan as shown requires 6 (7, 8, 9, 9) balls of Willow Brook™ yarn. (Sample shown in #0002 Fuchsia in smallest size.)

The cardigan is worked seamlessly beginning with the back piece. The sides are picked up and knit outwards from the back. The fitted sleeves are worked first with worked short rows to create the cap, then worked in the round to 3/4 length. Finally, the large shawl collar is picked up and worked in rows.

The Wildflowers pattern is simple, the stitch creates a ‘knotted’ look on a Stockinette stitch background, it quickly becomes intuitive and is easy to follow.
