This is a shawl with an incredible wingspan. 8 feet to be exact. It’s only 14 inches at the center point, this is just enough to give the back of your neck more warmth but not to be too bulky.

I’ve been wearing this wrapped around my neck 3 times with the long ends still dangling down. It’s so soft, drapey and warm. I want several of these.

Blocked out size: 14 inches at the center back with a 96 inch wingspan.

This is a fairly easy pattern. If you can knit stockinette and have an understanding of Knit 2 together, Yarn over, Slip Slip Knit, and short rows, you can do this.
