Wingstroke is a halfcircle shawl that reminds of a shape butterfly’s wings. Worked from the top down, ends with elastic bind off method. Pattern includes charts, written directions.
Sizes:
Finished Measurements: 16” / 40cm from CO to BO, 36”/90cm wingspan length. Measurements taken after blocking.
Materials:
Schachenmayr original Merino Extrafine 170 (100% Merino, 50 g(1.8 oz)/170 m (185 yards)) mint ID# 00067 3 balls
OR you may use DROPS BabyAlpaca Silk (70% Alpaca, 30% Silk, 50 g (1.8 oz)/167 m (183 yds)), 40˝ length circular needles 3 mm/US 2.5
Gauge:
28 sts and 36 rows = 4 x 4“/10 x 10 cm in stocking stitch
