A play vest with ties and a hood, Winnie is comfy enough to win any toddler’s approval and cute enough to wear out and about. Make the ties your preferred length, or leave them off.

Construction Notes
The vest is knit from the bottom up and the shoulders are joined before picking up stitches for the hood. The front trim is knit on afterwards. Finishing includes three needle bind off and weaving in ends, but no seaming.
