The gauge doesn’t matter. It’s a shawl, not a sweater.
The pattern can be repeated as long as you want and so you can knit the size you want. The pattern is charted. A lovely detail is the icicle bind off. This shawl is developed to knit in beads, but of course you haven’t if you don’t want.
