I have been heavily influenced by bohemian flair in sweater designs. Loose silhouette, movement, drape, contrasting bright color… Everything about the bohemian influence really agreed with my roots in California. Since we never really get winter here, I wanted to design something that is easy to wear even in our warmer winter season, that can be worn with mini skirts and boots or wide-legged jeans with heels. I love incorporating cables in my designs, especially the stitch patterns that you can commit to memory, which makes the knitting go quicker and more fun.
