Winter Solstice Striped Hood

I was creating gifts for Christmas 2015 when I decided to adapt an earlier pattern for adults. While the original creative was following a theme for an NFL team, I simply used the color combinations and created something more versatile.

Materials:
Size J Hook
Simply Soft yarn (Dark Country Blue, White, Grey Heather)
2 buttons (optional)

Note: One skein of each color is sufficient, but reserve and set aside two balls of Dark Country Blue for stripes. Pattern is worked holding 3 strands together.
