Winter Walk Shawl is a super-warm stocking/stockinette and garter stitch shawl. It is perfect for those blustery sea walks when the surf’s up, and can be worn as a scarf or wrap over the top of a Winter coat, or as a cosy shawl on days that aren’t quite so cold.

An easy/intermediate knit – skills needed are cast/bind on and off, knit, purl and increasing a stitch with yarn forward. The design and stitches are quite simple, which makes this pattern accessible to all levels, except perhaps the absolute beginner - confident beginners and intermediate knitters will be fine! Photos are included throughout, with line-by-line instructions, in English with British/US terms.
