Winter Waves offers the Swirl shape in its purest form. Tightly-plied merino wool creates a smooth fabric with excellent stitch definition that allows the concentric welted structure to take center stage while providing the spring needed to support a shawl collar of generous proportions. This coat length version is particularly versatile. The collar can be worn as a hood, rolled under to form a stand collar with narrow lapels, or gathered loosely and pinned cowl-like about the neck. The sleeves are tapered and trimmed with a simple narrow roll.
