Color becomes as scarce as daylight as the days shorten in Maine. Winterberry bushes line the path to my favorite beach. I drew inspiration from this in the design of my fingerless gloves.

These gloves are knit in the round, using two colors. The berries are embroidered once the gloves are complete.

One size available- fits an average adult woman’s hand. Gauge at 4.5 stitches per inch results in a glove 4.4” wide. Sizing down a needle size, to a gauge of 5 stitches per inch, results in a glove 4” wide.

One skein of each colorway is needed for the knit portion. Scrap yarn can be used for the embroidered berries.
