Winter’s Armor Cabled Scarf protects you from the coldest wintry days! Long enough to wrap around 2 + times, thick enough to keep out the icy winds, and wide enough to offer super insulation while you shovel all that snow or walk your favorite doggies. Make one for a gift for that friend in colder climates.

Crocheted sideways, it has only 15 rows that make finishing it quickly a plus.

Use any worsted or aran weight yarn in solids or long-run color changes, and size H (5.0mm) hook. Gauge is not critical. I used about 11 or 12 ounces of aran weight Red Heart Super Saver for the gray sample.

Pair with the Winter’s Armor Cabled Hat pattern found on ravelry.com and on www.knitcrochetlove.com where you can also browse my other patterns and tutorials.
