Winthrop
“Cardigans”, I wanted an open front sweater with subtle textural details and circular yoke decreases that would flatter a wide range of figures. Winthrop features a lovely slipped stitch detail at the cuffs, hem and yoke. The sleeves and body are knit separately in the round then joined at the armhole for the yoke shaping. One of the few times you’ll see me knit a sweater in one piece, I played up the drape to create the end result I was looking for.
