Just like its namesake, Wisdom of the Moon is an intriguing combination of subtle and bold. The beautiful moon colorwork grabs attention immediately, but then the eye is drawn to all the subtle details, from the tiny stars to the slipped-stitch chevron pattern. And those details ensure that the knitting stays interesting from cast on to i-cord bind off (if you haven’t done one of those before, you’ll be delighted to find they’re actually quite easy!)

This shawl is knit from the top down, and all instructions are written out except for the moon colorwork, which is charted. The moon colorwork is also the only stranded knitting in the pattern - in the rest of the shawl, only 1 color is used at a time.
