A beautiful motif with intertwining cables, that remind me of the cleverly communicating roots of the trees, creates an eye-catching wide border on this cozy triangular shawl.

Worked sideways from one tip to the opposite edge makes this shawl fun to knit and easy to wear.

This pattern was created in collaboration with Manos del Uruguay and I had the pleasure of working with their wonderful Alegría Grande for my sample.

Fully written row-by-row as well as charted instructions are provided so you can choose which you prefer to work from.

I hope you enjoy the pattern!
