Stripes can be a lot of fun to play with, whether it’s an allover pattern or placed as with this tee. Perfect for summer or wearing year round under a jacket, you’ll love this quick and easy knit.
Worked from the bottom up in stockinette with a ribbed hem, the stripes begin as you start to shape the underarms. After dividing the front and back, work each separately to the shoulders. A few stitches are increased at the armhole edges to shape the cap sleeve. German short-rows are used to shape the shoulders, which are then joined using Three-Needle Bind-Off. The neck and armholes are edged with narrow bands of k1, p1 rib.
