These socks are perfect for warming your feet after skiing or evenings in front of the fire. The sample pictured was worked in Merino-Alpaca-Silk and to say soft and gushy is an understatement!

These socks look especially challenging but are simply knits and purls with two different colours on every row; you knit (and purl) an inner and outer fabric.

Don’t get caught up in the finished product but rather the individual stitches and you will be fine. You might also find this is your new favourite knitting style and that the technique can be quickly transitioned into mittens, hats and gloves, eliminating those pesky floats on Fair Isle knits.

Pattern includes double knitting instructions and charts.
