I don’t usually design mittens largely because I don’t usually have much reason to wear them where I live but this holiday season I caught the mitten bug and decided to design a pair for my sister-in-law. These mittens are worked up in one piece from the cuff to the finger tip and feature a modified stitch pattern from my socks of the same name. The mittens work up quickly in a cable and lace design, and feature both charted and written instructions for one size.
