The subtle slipped stitch pattern on these winter time socks gives interesting texture without adding bulk. These attractive socks are surprisingly quick to make and a pleasure to wear.

The socks are knitted from the top down with #5 US double pointed needles and require only 75g of yarn. The cuff begins 8 inches from the ground. They are looser around the ankle (but not too loose!) and are quite snug on the foot to allow these thick socks to get into your shoes.
