18 sts and 20 rows = 3”/7.5 cm in feather and fan stitch, using larger needles
30 sts and 20 rows = 3”/7.5 cm in K2, P2 rib unstretched, using smaller needles

3”/7.5 cm wide x 32”/81.5 cm long

Scarf has a slit (keyhole) design feature to eliminate the need to tie it.
