This yarn bowl is constructed by crocheting with worsted weight yarn around 4 ply jute rope. The jute rope helps it keep its shape without being too bulky. This pattern doesn’t require much yarn (I made mine with scrap yarn) and uses less than 1 skein. I recommend using a size H (5.0 mm) crochet hook and a tapestry needle for weaving in ends.

As written, the pattern creates a bowl that measures approximately 6-1/2” in diameter and 3-1/2” tall, with one hole for yarn to pass through. But it can easily be customized to be larger or smaller or to add additional holes for yarn. Have fun with it and make it 100% yours!
