This pattern is great for your first fingerless gloves (hence the creative name!). It uses basic thumb gusset shaping with M1L & M1R increases. If you don’t know how to do these increases, I would suggest looking them up before you begin. They are very easy.

The gauge is a nice, tight knit which is guaranteed to keep your hands feeling warm & snug all Fall/Winter/Spring!

If you are careful with your tails, knit the same amount of rows as is written in the pattern & use the same yarn I used (or 218 yds of a comparable), you can get 2 pairs of these puppies from 1 skein of yarn!

Credit to Ann Budd & “The Knitter’s Handy Book of Patterns” for the basic design.
