Animal prints seem to be always in style, and what better way to add a great accent to your home than with this 16”x16” (40x40cm) pillow cover pattern?

Worked in basic stocking stitch, it is knit in two colors using stranded color work/fair isle technique. A great step for the beginner knitter who has mastered Knit and Purl stitches and is ready for a new challenge.

The cover is knit using worsted/medium/#4/aran yarn. Its made in three pieces, has an envelope closure and is finished with a single crochet border. A chart is included to show the placement of the zebra stripes.

The pillow pictured here was knit in dark brown with ivory stripes, but it would look great in black and white or why not try something different like hot pink and black?!
