Zia Mittens

Some pretty simple mittens, knitted in the round in stockinette stitch, from the top of the fingers, with an afterthought thumb, and seamless! You can use one, two, or three colors, as you please.

Size: woman, medium (hand size 7 to 8 inches, 17 to 20 cm). You can easily adjust the width by adding or removing some stitches when casting on, and the length by making more or less rows.

Yarn: KnitPicks Wool of the Andes, worsted (110 yards / 50g). Or any other size 4 yarn, worsted, in one, two or three colors. I used about 65g for a pair of mittens.

Needles: 2.5mm and 3mm circulars, 100cm, to work in magic loop, or the size needed to get the gauge.

Gauge: 22 stitches and 30 rows for 10cm, in stockinette stich, not blocked.

Mitaines Zia

De jolies mitaines toutes simples, tricotées en rond au point jersey, à partir du bout des doigts, avec un pouce après-coup, sans aucune couture. Vous pouvez les faire en une, deux, ou trois couleurs, à votre goût!

Taille : femme, moyenne (tour de main de 7 à 8 pouces, 17 à 20 cm). Vous pouvez facilement ajuster la largeur en enlevant ou en ajoutant des mailles au montage, et la longueur en faisant plus ou moins de rangs.

Laine: KnitPicks Wool of the Andes, worsted (110 verges / 50g). Ou tout autre laine de grosseur 4, worsted, en une, deux ou trois couleurs. J’ai utilisé un total de 65g de laine pour une paire de mitaines.

Aiguilles : 2.5 mm et 3 mm circulaires, avec fil de 100cm, pour travailler en magic loop, ou la taille requise pour obtenir l’échantillon.

Échantillon : 22 mailles et 30 rangs avec les aiguilles 3 mm, point jersey, non bloqué.
