Pattern description:
This pattern provides instructions for long or short style socks knitted in King Cole 4ply yarn.

Over the years, there has been many versions of this pattern, knitted in many different shades.

Gauge:
28 stitches and 36 rows to 10cm (4“) over stocking stitch using 3.25mm knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension. Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles if more use thicker needles.

Small Ladies: 17.5cm/ 7”.
Medium Ladies: 21cm/ 8.25”.
Large Ladies/Small Men’s: 24cm/ 9.5”.
Medium Men’s: 26cm/ 10.25”.
Large Men’s: 28.5cm/11.25”.
